CHUCK HEBING WINS THE “ORIGINAL PIZZA LOGS” 600 SPRINT TOUR RACE AT CAYUGA COUNTY FAIR SPEEDWY
On this Father’s Day night at Cayuga County Fair Speedway 27 600 sprints entered the pits to see who would be the winner of the second of 17 “Original Pizza Logs” 600 Sprint Tour races. It was a great night of racing with three heats and a B-Main. We would like to thank everyone for another great fun filled night of racing.  Thanks to all our officials, drivers and fans. 

Heat #1 saw the 81 “Original Pizza Logs” car of Tyler walking taking the checkers.  Tyler battled his way up from the last starting position. Following Walker across the finish line were David Ferguson, Steve Doell, AJ Bogino, Cody Shurgot, Tyler Hill, Adam Bruni, Eric Wise and Bob Finley.
 
Heat #2 saw Alysha Ruggles in her Ruggles World of Auto Body car start from the pole and she never looked back.  Meanwhile behind her, battling for position were Cory Donk, Nick Cooper, Charlie Donk, Darryl Ruggles, Jim Radney, Jim Laffler, Keith Heater and Matt Farnham when the checkers flew they would all cross the finish line in that order.

Heat #3 went to the Danny Willmus Enterprise 45x of Chuck Hebing taking the checkers. Battling behind him were Colton Wilson and Kevin Carlson following them across the finish line were Steven Fonte, Jacob Wendt, Matt Jones, Ryan Ellis, Amy Scott, Kirsten Dombroski and Bob Finley.

9 cars would start the B-Main with only six cars transferring to the A-Main. Taking the checkers was Eric Wise followed by Ryan Ellis, Keith Heater, Jim Lafler, Matt Farnham, Adam Bruni, Amy Scott and Kirsten Dombroski.

Colton Wilson and Steve Doell would lead the 24 car starting field to the green.  Steve Doell was the early leader while doing battle with Nick Cooper, Colton Wilson and Chuck Hebing. When Hebing finally took over the lead, Hebing had his hands full with Steve Doell, Darryl Ruggles and Charlie Donk.  Meanwhile Tyler Walker, Colton Wilson, Nick Cooper, Jim Radney and Cory Donk were all in a battle of their own, as they tried to catch Hebing.  In the end it was the 45x of Chuck Hebing in the Danny Willmis Enterprise, Hyper Chasis/Spar Engine car sitting in victory lane. Following Hebing across the finish line were Steve Doell, Darryl Ruggles, Charlie Donk, Tyler Walker, Colton Wilson, Nick Cooper, Jim Radney, Cory Donk, AJ Bogino, Steven Fonte, Alysha Ruggles, Cody Shurgot, Eric Wise, David Ferguson, Kevin Carlson, Jim Lafler, Matt Farnham, Ryan Ellis, Adam Bruni, Matt Jones, Keith Heater and Jacob Wendt, who received the hard luck award as he flipped his sprint in turn two.
