Saturday night September 25, 2010 the “Original Pizza Logs” 600 Sprint Tour saw 34 cars enter the pits at Paradise Speedway Speedway to see who could be the next winner. When the night was over it was Darryl Ruggles in his Ruggles World of Auto Body car in victory circle. We would like to thank everyone for another great fun filled night of racing. Thanks to all our officials, drivers and fans. This race was extra special as it will be televised on Hot Wings TV in October. We would like to send an extra special thanks to Paradise Speedway Schwartz Excavating, DR Motorsports, Fender Bender Mender, Kysor Boys Vinyl Graphics and Jedon Enterprises for making this broadcast possible. Heat #1 saw Cory Donk winning the heat followed by Paul Habeck, Eric Wise, Colton Wilson, Steve Doell, David Ferguson, Dan Naegele, Matt Farnham and Matt Jones.
Heat #2 saw Cody Shurgot winning the heat followed by Alysha Ruggles, Mike Livecchi, AJ Bogino, Dan Kuhn, John Smith, Bob Finley, Kirsten Dombroski and Rick Zacharias.
Heat #3 saw Nick Cooper winning the heat followed by Mark Tychoniowicz, Darryl Ruggles, Kevin Carlson, Tyler Walker, Jim Radney, Jeremey Grosegs and Cory Gramlich.
Heat #4 saw Charlie Donk winning the heat followed by Billy Coffey, Amy Scott, Ben Kysor, Ray Sands, Gregg Kysor and Tyler Hill. Mike Foster was a DNS.
The B-Main looked like a mini feature in itself. Radney, Ferguson, Doell, and Walker were just a few of the drivers to try for the last eight spots. Doell took the early lead and looked like he would be the winner easily, then his car died. Tyler Walker would then take over the lead and go on to win the B-Main. Following Walker across the finish line were David Ferguson, Ray Sands, John Smith, Dan Kuhn, Dan Naegele, Cory Gramlich, Bob Finley, Matt Farnham, Jeremey Grosegs and Kirsten Dombroski. Jim Radney would have engine problems and not finish along with Steve Doell. Radney would have to use his provisional starting spot and start the feature in 25th position. Digtrack.com sponsored a dash for cash which would consist of the the top eight qualifiers. Their finishing position would determine where they would start the feature. Charlie Donk flew away with the win and was followed by Nick Cooper, Cody Shurgot, Alysha Ruggles, Billy Coffey, Paul Habeck and Mark Tychoniowicz.
Charlie Donk and Nick Cooper would lead the field to the green. Donk would take a commanding lead and lead the first 25 laps and win the “Original Pizza Logs” cash bonus. The last 25 laps would see Darryl Ruggles taking the lead and winning the race. Following Ruggles across the finish line were Cody Shurgot, Alysha Ruggles, Charlie Donk, Nick Cooper, Jim Radney, Mike Livecchi, Billy Coffey, AJ Bogino, Tyler Walker, Paul Habeck, Cory Donk, Mark Tychoniowicz, Eric Wise, Kevin Carlson, Cory Gramlich, Colton Wilson, Dan Naegele, Amy Scott, Gregg Kysor, Ben Kysor, Dan Kuhn, David Ferguson, Ray Sands and John Smith.
Aero Wing Hard Luck Award – John Smith
Fender Bender Mender Hard Charger Award – Jim Radney who started 25th and finished 6th passing 19 cars.
