Friday night June 25, 2010 the “Original Pizza Logs” 600 Sprint Tour saw eighteen cars enter the pits at Ransomville Speedway to see who could be the next winner. When the night was over it was Jim Radney in Walker Racing’s “Original Pizza Log”, Hyper/Spar in victory circle. We would like to thank everyone for another great fun filled night of racing. Thanks to all our officials, drivers and fans.
Heat #1 saw the AT&T, Speedy Cleaners car of David Ferguson come from the eighth starting spot to take the lead in turn two of the first lap. Once in the lead he never looked. Following Dave across the finish line were Jim Lafler, Steve Doell, Tyler Walker, Steven Fonte, Jacob Wendt, Keith Heater, Matt Farnham and Eric Wise.
Heat #2 saw AJ Bogino starting on the pole with Darryl Ruggles on the outside, AJ took the lead and was never challenged. Darry Ruggles would finish second with Jim Radney, Alysha Ruggles, Nick Cooper, Ken Wills, Ben Kysor, Todd Cummings and Kirsten Dombroski following.
Jim Lafler and Jim Radney would lead the 18 car starting field to the green. Radney would take the early lead and it looked like Radney’s race until the last lap when he bobbled in turn two and David Ferguson who had been right on Radney’s tail passed him on the back straight. Radney was able to power out of turn four and win by a bumper. Following them were Nick Cooper, Tyler Walker, AJ Bogino, Steve Doell, Alysha Ruggles, Darryl Ruggles, Steven Fonte, Matt Farnham, Jim Laffler, Todd Cummings, Ben Kysor, Ken Wills, Kirsten Dombroski, Keith Heater and Eric Wise.
